About us

Commerce infrastructure for merchants who refuse to choose

Kasuvia is a multi-tenant commerce platform for growing merchants in Nigeria and across Africa. Our name sits on a simple promise: where commerce finds its way.

Our mission

One platform to sell everywhere

Most merchants across the continent start selling in a chat thread. Then comes a page on Instagram, a stall or shop, and eventually a website — each with its own way of tracking stock, confirming payment and recording who bought what. The result is a business run across four systems that disagree with each other.

We built Kasuvia so that growing merchants have one system to run everything: physical inventory, digital downloads, bookable services and custom orders, all on a single storefront, with no plugins required. Sell in real time across web, Instagram, WhatsApp and physical points of sale, with inventory and orders always in sync.

Underneath, Kasuvia is built with bank-grade data isolation and automated payout splitting — because a platform that touches money and customer data has to be dependable before it is impressive. That is the trade-way we are building for merchants who refuse to choose between simplicity and scale.

What we believe

The principles behind the platform

Four commitments shape every decision we make about what Kasuvia should and should not do.

One system, not a stack

Merchants should not have to become integrators. Inventory, payments, channels and reporting belong in the same platform, sharing the same data.

Built for how Africa trades

Trade here happens in chat, at the counter, on Instagram and on the web at once. Kasuvia treats all of those as first-class channels, not afterthoughts.

Trust is a feature

Bank-grade tenant isolation, verified payments and a built-in audit trail are part of the product, because merchants are handling real money and real customer data.

Simplicity that survives scale

A merchant with 20 orders a month and one with 20,000 should use the same platform. Growth should mean new capability, not migration.

"Merchants should spend their energy on what they sell — not on holding a stack of tools together."
